I posted recently how I made ghost pepper jelly. I already ran out of jars because I am in love with the sauce I make from this jelly. So I bought more peppers. While at the market I found something even more frightful; scorpion peppers. These peppers are small and a beautiful red. They are also at a whopping 1,400,000+ scoville.
I mentioned how John doesn’t like a lot of heat and how I thought my ghost pepper jelly could use more intensity. I did put 3 peppers in that jelly!! Plus, I did change my sauce recipe from my previous post to add different ingredients for more heat. However, now that I have scorpion peppers maybe I won’t have to add any extra ingredients to get what I am looking for.
