If you have been a follower of my blog, you know I love hot peppers. Ghost, scorpion and reapers are among my favorites. When I have guests, I will make variations of my sauces from mild to hot. To do this, just add the amount of pepper to your liking of heat.
Note: If you don’t have scorpion peppers, any hot pepper of your choosing will do.

Scorpion Pepper Mayonnaise

Servings: A little over a cup
Prep time: 5 minutes
1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise, or you can use regular
1⁄4 teaspoon chopped scorpion pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon honey
1⁄4 teaspoon lime juice Salt and pepper, to taste
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until fully incorporated. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
