This easy sugar cookie fudge with sprinkles is creamy, buttery, and tastes exactly like soft frosted sugar cookies. Made with just 5 ingredients and no candy thermometer needed, it’s the perfect quick dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles (plus more for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in 1/2 cup sprinkles, being careful not to overmix or the colors may bleed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Top with additional sprinkles while the fudge is still warm.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares and serve.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality white chocolate chips. Avoid overmixing the sprinkles to prevent color bleeding. Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving for the best texture.
