Soft, chewy tortillas wrapped around creamy cheese, savory turkey, and a little kick of mustard. These wraps are quick, simple, and perfect for lunchboxes, picnics, or a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 810 slices deli-sliced turkey breast per wrap
  • 23 slices cheddar cheese per wrap
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise per wrap
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard per wrap
  • 23 romaine lettuce leaves per wrap
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Lay out tortillas at room temperature. Pat lettuce dry. Slice cheese if needed.
  2. Make the spread: Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Spread evenly over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
  3. Layer the cheese: Place 2-3 slices of cheddar in the center, slightly overlapping, leaving 2 inches on the sides.
  4. Add the turkey: Layer 8-10 slices of turkey evenly over the cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the lettuce: Place 2-3 lettuce leaves on top and press gently.
  6. Roll the wrap: Fold sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom. Place seam-side down.
  7. Wrap and chill: Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes (optional but recommended).
  8. Slice and serve: Slice crosswise into 1-inch rounds. Arrange cut-side up in a lunchbox or on a plate.

Notes

For best results, let tortillas come to room temperature before assembling. Spread condiments to the edges to prevent dry bites. Layer cheese first to create a moisture barrier. Chill assembled wraps before slicing for cleaner cuts. Wraps can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Do not freeze.
